Training at Sugarrays
There are many Vancouver Boxing Gyms, Hundreds of Personal Trainers, Boot camps and MMA.
Clubs in Vancouver are all offering Boxing Instruction. Some Vancouver boxing and fitness clubs are qualified, and some are not.
So why choose us?
Here at Sugarrays Boxing and Fitness we have one method of instruction and that’s the proper way.
There is no secret, any Professional Boxer, Amateur Boxer or recreational member has to get the same level of training.
We offer special weight training programs designed to enhance performance, you will get fit, lose weight and be toned.
You will become stronger and if you have to defend yourself you will be able to. Because solid training is what you are paying for.
All the instruction you require is included in the membership and there is never an extra charge for sparring in our boxing ring should you wish to.You do have to be able to defend yourself at all times and the final decision rests with the coaches as to whether you are ready.
We do not do formal classes and prefer to give each individual the input they require when they arrive at the club.The first session is going to be a fitness assessment once your requirements have been discussed.There is no boxercise at this club and the policy of the club is not to have drop in visitors and rather to concentrate on our members.
F = M x A
You may never box, you may wish never to spar – do not worry the attention will still be there and you will be trained as though you are going to be a professional fighter. It takes a great deal of courage to walk into a boxing gym and we recognize this at Sugarrays, Vancouver boxing and fitness. Sugarrays boxing and fitness has a reputation as an excellent club with tough training however; we do not encourage mindless sparring with the possibility of permanent injury. We have a motion-activated camera digitally recording the activity for training purposes and a trainer must attend.
Yes, our training is tough – perhaps the toughest in Canada however, we require full protection and control in the boxing ring.
We have professional, amateur, recreational and alternative sport students all working together in our gym. Please come and visit us there is never pressure to join so you have nothing to lose.
